Title: Consultant II
Facility: Morton Plant, Pathology Services
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to evaluate, develop and implement projects and programs throughout the assigned hospitals/areas, in accordance to the mission, vision, SOC goals, and strategic plans of the organization, and in response to financial, legal and community needs.
- Collaborates with the senior management team, departmental directors and managers, medical staff, team members and community agencies.
- Provides leadership to the project team in meeting the targeted goals and objectives of the project. Promotes project implementation to organizational leaders, medical staff, and team members. Performs other duties as assigned.

Position requires:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Master's, or Medical (MD/DO) degree specifically related to their assigned project with 3 years experience in Management and 3 years experience Healthcare in related field
- OR Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Bachelor's degree specifically related to their assigned project with 7 years experience in Management and 7 years experience Healthcare in related field
