What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Nurse Wound Care Department Pool position at BayCare?
BayCare is seeking a Department Pool Inpatient Wound Care RN to serve St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Hospital North, and St. Joseph’s Hospital South.
Your Role Within the Team:
As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide specialized wound and ostomy care for inpatients, applying the nursing process and clinical standards across multiple hospital locations. Shifts are 8 or 10 hours depending on the site, with no nights or weekends required. The RN will work 2–3 shifts per week, floating as needed between the three hospitals.

Qualifications:
Licensure & Certification:
- RN license
- BLS and ACLS
- Wound Care Certification preferred
Education:
- Associates in Nursing
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
Experience:
- 2 years RN experience
- Wound Care and Ostomy experience strongly preferred
