What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Nurse Department Pool - Mother/Baby - Nights position at BayCare?
- The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care
- Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

Nursing Department Pool Commitment:
- Minimum of 4 shifts per every 6 weeks
- One Saturday and one Sunday per 6 week schedule One Summer and one Winter Holiday
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license
- At least 18 months RN acute care experience required
- At least 1 year RN Mother/Baby experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- BLS NRP

Status: Pool, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM
Shift: Shift 3
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No
