Role Description
We are seeking a Medical Assistant for a Full time or part-time, on-site position at our Brooklyn, NY location. The role involves assisting healthcare providers with patient care tasks such as taking vitals, updating medical records, preparing examination rooms, and ensuring seamless patient flow. Additional responsibilities include managing medical office tasks and maintaining accurate and confidential patient documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and hands-on Patient Care
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience in handling Medical Records
- Familiarity with Medical Office operations and related administrative tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- Good with blood draws.
