BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative anesthesia teams at Mease Countryside Hospital (Safety Harbor), Mease Dunedin Hospital (Dunedin), and Morton Plant Hospital (Clearwater). These roles offer the chance to practice in supportive, high‑quality, patient‑centered environments within one of Florida’s most respected not‑for‑profit health systems.

Position Highlights

• No night call
• Only one holiday call per year
• Three day‑call shifts per quarter (weekends only)
• Flexible schedules with 8‑, 10‑, 12‑, and 13‑hour options
• Optional cardiac; no pediatrics, no trauma
• Hospital‑affiliated childcare (infant through VPK)
