BayCare Medical Group (BMG), the leading multispecialty group in the area, is excited to announce openings for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated team at many of our 16 hospitals including:

• Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor
• Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin
• Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater
• Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey
• St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa
• St. Joseph’s Hospital-South in Riverview
• South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City

Opportunities are open to both experienced CRNAs and new graduates. Through our Earn as You Learn Program, BayCare offers a unique opportunity for student CRNA’s to receive a monthly stipend while enrolled in a CRNA program, easing financial burdens as training is completed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $216,000, with tiered compensation based on years of experience

• Sign-on bonus

• Shift differentials

• Evening and weekend stipends

Qualifications

Position Requires: 

- Current license as a registered professional nurse- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
