BayCare Medical Group (BMG), a physician-led medical group, is seeking a Physician Assistants (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) to join our well-established Tampa Neurosurgery clinic.
The team is comprised of five board-certified neurosurgeons who specialize in the treatment of cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve disorders, supported by experienced advanced practice providers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing neurosurgery practice serving the greater Tampa Bay region. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and patient-focused, with a strong interest in outpatient neurosurgical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- 100% outpatient-focused role with no inpatient or operative responsibilities
- No night or weekend call responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients in the outpatient clinic
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Provide patient education and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Experience in Neurosurgery preferred; Clinical rotation in neurosurgery is a plus.
- Passion for learning and strong interest in working in neurosurgery.
- Board certified and ability to obtain a Florida license.
