BayCare Clinic Urological Surgeons is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. No Holidays! No Weekends!

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Urology BayCare is an established high-volume practice, providing a full spectrum of treatment options including surgical interventions. Our primary location in Green Bay is a modern facility with aesthetic treatment rooms and dedicated procedure rooms.

The Job:
- Performs telephone triage as ordered by the provider.
- Performs assessments and patient treatments as ordered by the provider.
- Directs test results to physicians for review.
- Provides patient education as needed.
- Assists with minor office procedures.
- Collects and documents patient information in a thorough and consistent manner.
- Rooms and collects vital sign information.
- Assists in the post-operative execution of physician orders.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
- Secondary Functions:
- Performs blood draws.
- Performs urine analysis.
- Charts lab values.
- Performs various support functions for clinic as needed.
The Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- Must hold a valid RN license to practice in the state where practice occurs.
- 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
- Must enjoy communicating with patients via phone. Position requires 50-75% phone triage.
- Must be computer literate.
- EPIC experience desired.
