Plastic Surgery and Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with no holidays or weekends!
The Clinic:
BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Practice:
Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic is a growing, high-volume practice, providing cosmetic and reconstructive surgical services and a full spectrum of aesthetic treatments. Our primary location in Green Bay is a modern, standalone facility with dedicated procedure rooms, plastic surgery exam rooms, and aesthetic treatment rooms.

The Job:
- Manages and takes accountability for the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Provides and promotes positive customer service and public relations.
- Ensures care and respect for all patients and visitors.
- Provides leadership and acts as a mentor to the practice staff.
- Encourages and maintains positive employee relations.
- Ensures appropriate staffing for clinical locations.
- Conducts annual performance evaluations for all direct reports.
- Monitors practice charges and expenses.
- Reviews and analyzes practice finances monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Plays an integral role in procuring, leasing/purchasing equipment for clinical locations.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and Company policies for the practice and its clinical locations.
- Collaborates and coordinates with practice physicians and Company administration to develop an annual strategic plan.
- Ensures meeting of practice strategic and operational objectives.
- Identifies and addresses staff training needs collaboratively with the training and professional development team.
- Respect and maintain confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
- Works collaboratively with all Company departments and teams.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or healthcare administration; master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of physician practice management experience
- Finance and accounting skills concerning oversight of departmental budget and analysis of financial reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
Salary : $71,000 - $89,900
