BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Courier to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are part time, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This position will travel between our main campus and outlying facilities. No Holidays! No Weekends!

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Job
- Prepare and load all necessary items needed for the daily pickups
- Pick up, transport, and deliver business documents between clinics and Headquarters
- Ensure timely deliveries, communicate effectively with clinic staff to confirm instructions, and resolve issues
- Operate business vehicle in compliance with safety and traffic regulations
- Identifies and reports any routine or non-routine vehicle needs or issues and notifies Supervisor
- Maintains vehicle in an appropriate manner to include washing and ensuring gas tanks are filled as necessary
- Ensure that items are securely stored in the courier vehicle
- Assist with clerical tasks when required
- Prepare outgoing mail for vendor pick-up
- Daily bank run
- Respect and maintain confidentiality
- Work in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times
- High school education or equivalent.
- Effective communication.
- Interpersonal and organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to lift 50#.
- Valid driver’s license, insurable and have a good driving record.
- Must be mobile.
