SNOW PLOW DRIVERS / OPERATORS & SIDEWALK CREW MEMBERS

Bayberry & Co is a multidisciplinary landscape design, construction and maintenance firm located in Hampton, NH, serves high end residential and commercial customers from Boston to the New Hampshire Seacoast and Lakes Region.

Bayberry & Co is seeking experienced and reliable individuals to fill open positions for Winter Service Crew Members. A great opportunity for the right candidate to join a stable growing company working on a wide array of sites.

This position will have the potential opportunity to lead toward full time employment in the early Spring as part of our seasonal maintenance, fine gardening or construction divisions. Becoming part of a truly diverse company and as a result exposure to many aspects of landscape development, restoration, fine gardening, design, and seasonal maintenance. This position is a Part-Time Seasonal position. During peak periods extended workdays and weeks may be required to meet business needs.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in Winter maintenance (snow plowing, loader, shoveling)
• Experience in planting and transplanting oversized plant material a plus
• Irrigation experience and ornamental plant knowledge a plus
• Licensed Pesticide Applicator for MA and NH desired not required however
• Ability to obtain or have a DOT Medical card required
• CDL license desired not required however
• Masonry installation experience a plus
• Weekend availability required on occasion
• Team player and the desire to work on a wide range of projects required
