In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Retail Sales Rep - Car Key Technician immediately. The Retail Sales Rep - Car Key Technician will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes.
Our client is seeking to hire a Retail Sales Car Key Technician:

Responsibilities:
- Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to code
- Creating automotive keys and programming transponders
- Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales
- Manage on-site Inventory
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Requirements:
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Evaluate customer needs, recommended solutions and quickly build relationships.
- Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles
