Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Per Diem Home Health SLP. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, providing essential rehabilitation services to support their recovery and independence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide home-based speech therapy services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensure as an SLP in North Carolina
- ASHA certification or eligibility for certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
