You will:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, referral partnerships, and market development
- Lead and inspire a local care team committed to delivering exceptional home care
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing staff
- Build strong referral relationships in the Fairfax, VA market and beyond
- Deliver results—both operationally and financially—that reflect your leadership
- Track record of driving growth in a competitive, relationship-driven environment
- Minimum 2 years in a healthcare leadership role (home care/home health a plus)
- Deep understanding of the Fairfax, VA market or ability to ramp up fast
- Proven ability to build and manage a team, hit goals, and own results
