Qualifications:
- Current MD licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required
- Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
- Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
- Experience in the senior living setting
- Home Health and/ or Outpatient experience is desirable
