Requirements For a Clinical Nurse Manager
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Media, PA and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise Home Health Aides in the field
- New hire orientation for Home Health Aides
- Training of Home Health Aides and In-Service for field staff
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience.
