- RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Previous PDN experience with pediatrics
- G-tube/Trach/Vent experience
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift times
