Regional Recruiter – Multi-State Coverage
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you’ll support multiple states, partnering closely with hiring managers and local offices to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong sourcing experience, creative recruiting strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in driving growth across several regions, ensuring we find and hire individuals who align with our mission and values.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple states
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top candidates
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams and candidates
- Track recruiting metrics and share insights to enhance results
What You Bring:
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting across diverse markets
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized
- High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Recruiter Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors degree required; Business major strongly preferred
- Agency recruitment experience strongly desired
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting required and 1-2 years sourcing skills required
- Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
- Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Social Media Marketing required
- Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision

- Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 / year depending on qualifications
