Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility, range of motion, transfer status, stability, gait patterns, strength, endurance, balance testing, and safety assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Implement protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
- Continuously assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management and services provided.

Requirements:
- A current Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
