- Duties:
In this role, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients, conducting diagnostic tests and measurements, and implementing individualized care plans. You will also educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.

Requirements
- NJ Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
