What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Trach and Vent Home Care - Licensed Practical Nurse position at BAYADA Home Health Care?
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and experienced LPNs to provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a young client in Edison, NJ.
Clinical Experience Preferred:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator experience
- G-tube experience
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Available Shifts:
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
This is a great opportunity to provide meaningful 1:1 care in the comfort of a client’s home while helping a child remain safely at home with their family.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?
- Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
- Hands-on care with only one client per day
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
- Client age ranges from infant to geriatric

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay up to $35/hr based on qualifications
- Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
