BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Norristown, PA and surrounding areas in Montgomery County. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We provide an opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of others and offer flexibility in our roles to match your needs. We are part-time with the opportunity to build to full-time if willing to travel, and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Montgomery and Bucks County PA. We also have PRN / on-call options if willing to pick up 24-30 hours per month.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
- Flexible scheduling (part-time, PRN, various shifts)

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training MAY available through our apprentice program)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18 )
