Job Overview
The Rehabilitation Therapist will work closely with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals. This role requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional status, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- A current MD Occupational Therapist license.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
