Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to provide quality 1:1 care to clients in their homes. With our extensive paid training and state-of-the-art simulation labs, you'll feel comfortable and confident before your first visit with your favorite new client.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in West Deptford, NJ. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
