BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employment Specialist / Job Coach to join the team in Johnstown, PA. BAYADA’s Employment Specialist - Job Coach - work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. - One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ACRE Certification Required
