BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in and around Union County PA. BAYADA's special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

NO HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM! PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! As an apprentice, you'll get paid a competitive wage while you train and gain skills to help people with I/DD, such as autism, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome. You'll teach them to do things for themselves, helping them live more independent, purposeful lives.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
Compensation & Schedule:

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- Preferred, but NOT required!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
