About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Admission specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Full Time Weekend Admissions, Assessments and Visits in a home setting throughout Davidson, Randolph, and Chatham counties.
">The ideal candidate will have prior home care experience and a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required. You will also possess solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
