- Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
- Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
- 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required (18 )
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations based off clients needs
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
- Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
- Provide support with daily routines and personal care
- Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
- Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship
- Support engagement at home and within the community
