BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx. As a Critical Care Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for RNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose.
💰 What You'll Earn
- $45-$50/hour
- Weekly pay
- Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)
- Full-time (minimum $36/hr week)
- 12-hour day and night shifts available
- 2 weekend shifts/month required
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1 year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
- Willingness to travel to 3 out of 4 areas; The Bronx, Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County
- Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
- Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
- Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
- Precept and mentor new nurses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate and support families and caregivers
