What You’ll Do
- Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab environment
- Support field staff orientation, ongoing development, and performance improvement
- Conduct clinical chart reviews and utilization review reporting
- Mentor and guide staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care
- Current RN license in New York (multi-state/compact license preferred).
- A master’s degree is not required for the Educator role.
- Minimum 2 years of staff development or nursing education experience
- Experience with orientation, clinical chart review, and performance improvement plans
- Strong assessment, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills
- Ambition to grow and advance within the organization
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience highly preferred!
- Full-time role: exempt
- Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
- Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
- Limited on-call support as needed, primarily by phone to assist the on-call manager with urgent clinical questions; this is not a field-based on-call role.
