What You’ll Do
- Coordinate client services and resolve emergent scheduling needs to help ensure quality, reliable care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
- Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
- Monitor caseload performance and key business metrics, including admissions, referral trends, Medicare mix, and reasons for declined referrals.
- Collaborate with the office team to support daily operations, service quality, and continued growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and take on increasing responsibility.
- Motivation to grow professionally and pursue future leadership opportunities.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, in-office.
