BAYADA Home Health Care is Hiring a CERTIFIED Home Health Aide for short hour shift(4-6/hr) in Nassau County. Case available immediately, Must have active Home Health Aide Certification, Must be able to drive, current physical exam and blood work, and be available for interview/orientation and ready to start right away.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
Minimum one year of work-related experience
Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion/exercises
- Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
