BAYADA is launching a new school-based ABA program in Wall, NJ, and we’re seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs®) who are passionate about supporting students in a public school setting. This is a unique opportunity to help build, shape, and grow a program from the ground up—while working for a mission-driven, non-profit organization that truly puts clinicians first.

Position Details
Location: Wall, NJ (school-based services)
Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: Public school environment
What You’ll Do
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)
Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Lead group supervision and professional development sessions
Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and professional standards
Promote a culture rooted in compassion, excellence, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the BACB®
New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain prior to start
Experience in pediatric and/or school-based ABA settings preferred
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and high-quality clinical care

Total compensation up to $82,000–$103,000, including incentives
Sign-on bonus up to $7,000
