Your Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized service plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams
- Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom environment
- Document interventions and progress towards goals
- Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
- Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals
- Support clients in interpersonal skills, development, and maintenance of personal relationships, and building independence in their school routine
