**Account Executive / Marketing Manager, Home Health**
BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Account Executive to fill the role of Marketing Manager. This individual will develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and help expand our Medicare home health business.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional who can develop and build strong, lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry. A proven track record of building relationships and generating referrals is essential.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who can:
- Build relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, independent living facilities, and other community resources to generate referrals for home health services.
- Conduct market analysis, develop sales strategies, set goals, and implement plans to achieve success.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales activity and adjust strategies as needed.
- Support business development activities and establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care.
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
