Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute virtual events, including online competitions, student activities, and interactive engagement sessions.
- Organize onsite events, such as field trips, graduation ceremonies, and educational conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication for all events to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and vendors to create enriching experiences for participants.
- Ensure all events align with Bayaan Academy’s mission, values, and brand identity.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and strengthen relationships with students, parents, and partner organizations.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, sponsors, and local businesses to support school initiatives.
- Create and distribute outreach materials, including emails, newsletters, and social media content, to promote engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and foster a welcoming environment for students and families.
Marketing & Communications
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events through social media, newsletters, and digital marketing channels.
- Create engaging event announcements, press releases, and content that drive participation.
- Gather feedback from attendees to continuously improve outreach efforts and event experiences.
- Maintain event documentation, including reports, attendance records, and participant feedback.
