Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Lightspeed)
• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards
• Ensure proper food handling, food safety practices, and cleanliness in all aspects of service
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently during shifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and dining spaces
• Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, providing excellent service in various settings
• Use effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments (2-3 years exp.)
• Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and sales tracking
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with serving in banquet settings or catering events is a plus
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality setting
