Pro Shop Attendant

Bayview Golf Course is looking to hire 1 or 2 part-time or full-time Proshop Attendants.

• Customer Service: Greet customers as they arrive, assist with inquiries, and provide information about services and products available in the pro shop.
• Booking Tee Times: Manage reservations for tee times, ensuring that customers have the necessary information and assistance for their golfing experience.
• Handling Transactions: Collect greens fees, cart fees, and merchandise sales using a point-of-sale (POS) system. This includes cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that the pro shop, restrooms, and other facilities are clean and well-organized. This includes restocking supplies and keeping merchandise displays tidy.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, restocking items as needed, and helping with merchandise displays.
• Assisting with Events: Support the organization of golf events and tournaments, which may include setting up, checking in participants, and providing logistical support.
• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information about the facility, services, and promotions.

• Golf Knowledge: Candidate needs to have basic golf knowledge and understand golf ettiqute and terms.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
