Proctor Schools' Kids’ Zone Program has openings for Kids’ Zone Aides for the 2026 Summer Program (June 8th - August 21st) out of Bay View Elementary. Requirements include experience working with children and possessing excellent communication skills and a current Minnesota Criminal Background Check if over the age of 18.
Monday - Friday
Hours are between 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Can work up to 40 hours per week
Job Description:
Kids’ Zone Aides - Bay View Elementary School:
- Assist the site manager with setting goals and program implementation
- Work directly with and supervise students in planned activities
- Help to teach and encourage appropriate social skills
- Assist the site manager in discipline policies and procedures
- Set a good example in attitude, actions, and speech for children
- Maintains an organized and neat environment by cleaning and storing supplies appropriately
- Set up games, supplies, and activities for children
- Assist the site manager in student safety and well-being
- Promote good parent communication
- Communicates with the site manager about issues regarding parents, students or other staff
- Must be 16 years or older
Salary : $15 - $18
