Who We Are
We're an award-winning hospitality team in Midcoast Maine— four boutique properties, one shared standard: every guest leaves better than they arrived. We're hiring Front Desk Guest Services Associates, full-time and part-time, seasonal and year-round.
The Schedule
We have part-time and full-time openings for some 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and/or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shifts. Weekend availability required. Consistent weekly schedules with consecutive days off — you'll know what your week looks like, and we need to know we can count on you for it.
What You'll Own
As a Front Desk Associate, you're the first impression and the trusted resource guests lean on for their entire stay. That means:
- Welcoming and checking in guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Managing reservations and guest requests — and following up until they're actually resolved
- Recommending local dining, attractions, and activities like a proud local
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments so nothing falls through the cracks
- Handling guest luggage and special deliveries
- Troubleshooting basic tech or maintenance issues on the spot
- Catching the small stuff before it becomes a big deal
Who We're Looking For

- Reliable and punctual — someone who shows up, on time, every time, because they know their team is counting on them
- High integrity — owns mistakes, tells the truth, does the right thing when no one's watching
- A natural communicator — warm, clear, and genuinely good at making people feel seen and heard
- Coachable — takes feedback well and gets better fast, without needing to be told twice
- Calm under pressure — can multitask through a busy check-in rush without losing warmth or accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems
- Knowledge of the Camden, Rockport, and Rockland area is a plus
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful — but not required
