Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. Drivers/Owner Operators will be responsible for transporting goods over long distances, ensuring timely and secure delivery of cargo. Daily tasks include vehicle inspection, route planning, maintaining logs, and adhering to safety regulations. Operators will also handle loading and unloading of goods and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Commercial driving skills with a valid CDL and a clean driving record
- Experience in cargo securement and knowledge of DOT regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in long-distance driving and logistics
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
