WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead commercial construction projects from Project Hand-off through Close Out
- Drive project planning, sequencing, and execution strategy
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, conflicts, and opportunities
Financial & Contract Management
- Full-time Project Administration Support Provided to each Project Manager
- Lead Subcontractor Buyout and Scope Negotiation
- Lead project financials, cost tracking, and change management
- Support progress billings, pay applications, and change orders
Team & Subcontractor Leadership
- Build strong, accountable relationships with subcontractors and field teams
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to Field and Admin Project Teams to promote a high-performing team.
- Lead weekly meetings with Project Teams
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for Owners and Consultants for assigned Projects
- Run client meetings with confidence, clarity, and candor
- Infiltrate Bay to Bay's core values into every interaction.
Growth & Process Improvement
- We have systems and processes - and they should always be evolving and improving
- Help shape how we build as the company scales
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to leadership development
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5 Years of commercial construction within a LARGE Construction Firm
- Strong understanding of the Construction PM lifecycle
- Willingness to LEARN THE BAY TO BAY WAY
- Experience with subcontractor buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
