Salary Range: $118,000 – $134,000 annually

Overview - The Senior Software Engineer will develop software engineering solutions for Orion’s Electrical Ground Support Equipment Software team. The candidate will apply logical thinking and creative problem-solving to develop, enhance, and/or troubleshoot software that performs Big Data Management

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Big Data
- Extensive experience with systems integration
- Experience with Apache Hadoop or AWS
- Experience with relational databases
- Expertise in Java full-stack development
- Knowledgeable in Python
- Knowledge of Telemetry systems and processing
- Experience with anomaly investigation and resolution
- Willingness for off-hours support to ensure lab productivity
- Ability to contribute within a team-oriented environment to achieve long-range goals and objectives
- Ability to assist users and lab managers with data analysis
- Solid written or verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Must be a US citizen due to program requirements.
