Medical Receptionist

Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Part-time opportunity Monday - Thursday from 2:00pm-7:00pm. At the Lowell clinic, our team is at the center of everything we do. Clinically, we offer a dynamic environment that includes aquatic physical therapy within the Greater Lowell YMCA, along with a convenient location next to the Lowell Regional Transit Authority bus and train station.

Experience Needed:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Professional: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
• Previous experience working with insurance companies obtaining insurance verifications and authorizations preferred.
