Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral member of a dynamic marketing team for a fast-growing physical therapy network in the Northeast. This role will support multiple brands: Cypress Health Partners, Bay State Physical Therapy, MVPT Physical Therapy, and MCR Chiropractic. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing in overseeing each brand's website and SEO initiatives, social media presence, email marketing, and reporting/analytics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a critical thinker, collaborative, and detail oriented. Essential Functions
Website, SEO, & Analytics
- Update and manage content edits for all regional brand websites and corporate site, utilizing WordPress and in partnership with website vendor
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for website vendor
- Coordinate with clinic locations to ensure website information is accurate and up to date
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop content that aligns with SEO best practices
- Update the digital marketing analytics dashboard on a weekly and monthly basis, using Google Analytics
Social Media
- Develop and post regional brand social content across multiple channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Monitor social media brand pages, ensuring we are engaging with followers, proactively driving engagement, and staying on top of trending topics
- Utilize our social media management platform across regional brand and clinic pages
- Collaborate with clinics on social media best practices, to ensure clinic pages are aligned with regional brands
- Run monthly social media reports, making recommendations based on results, and illustrating progress
Email Marketing
- Assist marketing managers and clinics with the implementation of email campaigns – promoting events, sharing blog posts, and pushing out updates for patients
- Report on email results and make recommendations using our email management platform
Digital Advertising
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing on executing paid digital advertising programs
Supporting Company Growth
- Works closely with Digital Marketing Manager to support company growth through digital execution. This involves various marketing engines such as social media, website and seo, amongst other responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or graduate degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar field
- Prior experience working in a professional marketing setting through internships, Co-ops, or full-time roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exemplary project management skills
- High level of energy and drive
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing, Communications, or Business major or minor
- Familiarity with the digital landscape, including social media, SEO, marketing analytics, Google Analytics, and email
- Experience and knowledge of website content management systems (such as Word Press)
- Experience leveraging social media in a business or college setting
Environment and/or Physical Factors
- Hybrid work schedule that involves remote work and in office work.
- Work environment characteristics are typical to a professional office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Salary : $48,300 - $61,100
