- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Support HR projects, trainings, and process improvements
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely, professional support
- Process Employee Tuition Assistance Requests
- Organize and Record All Staffing Trainings and Certification Completions

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR Management, Public Administration, etc preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and HRIS platform like Paylocity
- Must be a self starter with high energy level and ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based on needs of the programs that we serve
- Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver responses based on customer needs
- Experience or desire to work in a non-profit environment a plus
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality a must
- Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
