Description
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Intensive Children and Family Services program in Braintree, Ma. This role provides intensive, family-focused mental health services to children experiencing serious emotional disturbances within the home and community settings.
What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference
- Provide strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and their families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including family partners, school staff, DCF, and other service providers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state standards
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
- Driving is required
