About the Role

Experience: 12 years in Salesforce

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead technology strategy, solution design, and end-to-end architecture for large-scale enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong integration knowledge, and hands-on capability to guide technical teams through complex solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, CPQ, B2B Commerce, FSL, etc.).

Collaborate with client stakeholders, business architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

Defi ne integration patterns, data models, data fl ows, and API strategies across enterprise systems.

Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with the broader IT landscape and organizational standards.

Oversee the technical design of custom solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation.

Create high-level and low-level design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmaps.

Lead and oversee complex data migration activities from other platforms, ensuring data quality, mapping accuracy, and seamless transition into Salesforce.

Govern code quality, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines to align with enterprise standards.

Provide technical leadership to developers, configuration engineers, and offshore teams.

Ensure Salesforce best practices, platform limits, security standards, and compliance are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform solution assessments, technical reviews, and performance tuning for existing implementations.

Support RFPs, solution proposals, estimations, and pre-sales discussions with enterprise clients.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends; guide clients on adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

12 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration and platform architecture.

Proven track record of architecting solutions for large enterprise clients with complex systems.

Strong capability in designing scalable data models, sharing/security models, and multi-cloud architecture.

Experience with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is a plus.

Proficiency in DevOps/CI-CD, version control (Git), and environment management.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present architectural concepts to business and technical audiences.

Experience working in Agile enterprise delivery environments.

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred or in progress)

Salesforce Certified System Architect (preferred or in progress)

Platform Developer I

Integration Architect, Identity Architect, Data Architect

Sales, Service, Data Cloud Consultant or relevant domain consultant certifications
