- Manage front desk operations, including, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and organizing documents using spreadsheets and productivity software
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and visitors through clear communication and prompt assistance
- Perform clerical duties including word processing, proofreading, and preparing reports or correspondence with high accuracy
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Support team members with personal assistant responsibilities when needed, including organizing travel arrangements or managing deadlines
Experience
- Prior office experience in administrative roles such as receptionist, clerical assistant, or office coordinator is highly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing systems, and productivity software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
