Leasing Agent – Austin Metro Area (Commission-Only, Flexible Schedule)

Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is offering a high-income, flexible opportunity for a Licensed Leasing Agent in the Austin Metro and surrounding counties.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to rental inquiries and market available properties
• Show units and highlight property features
• Guide applicants through the leasing process
• Coordinate move-ins and perform property inspections
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, cell phone, and laptop
• Strong sales drive, communication skills, and motivation
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
